This policy describes how Bizliftenfr ("we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use bizliftenfr.com. It complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Bizliftenfr, SAS with share capital of €50,000, registered with the Paris Trade Register under number 902 481 376, with its registered office at 18 rue de la Pépinière, 75008 Paris, France.
2. Data collected
We only collect the data needed: first name and email address entered in the information request form, technical connection data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and cookie preferences.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used to respond to your request, send you information about residential projects in France, ensure the security of the site and produce anonymous audience statistics.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) when you fill in the form and accept non-essential cookies, and on Bizliftenfr's legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) for security and audience measurement.
5. Retention period
Form data is kept for three years from the last contact. Connection data is kept for a maximum of twelve months. Cookie preferences are kept for six months.
6. Recipients
Data is processed by authorised Bizliftenfr staff and our technical sub-processors (hosting, professional email) located in the European Union. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object. You can exercise these rights by emailing contact@bizliftenfr.com or by writing to the registered office. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Security
Bizliftenfr implements technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and disclosure: TLS encryption, access control, regular backups.
